Position Overview:

The Construction Manager will oversee and manage our field crew, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, strong construction knowledge, hands-on construction experience, and a commitment to fostering a team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the field crew.

  • Manage daily job site operations involving our field crew, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
