What inspires Mark is the creativity of design and building, then orchestrating the transformation of the design into a home that blends into the harmony of the environment, serving the needs of its owner. With over 27 year of construction experience, Mark thrives on the variety of designs and construction challenges and all the various aspects shaping the business. Further, he searches for ways to continually improve the process and end product delivering high-quality, design-oriented homes. These are the most rewarding aspects of Mark’s job. And when he isn’t working, Mark enjoys time with his family, friends, fly fishing, flying, outdoor sports activities and reading.  


MICHELLE SCOTT

PRESIDENT

Michelle, our integral team member, serves as the backbone of our company with her oversight of accounting and human resources. Responsible for day-to-day office and HR management, she deftly handles bookkeeping, accounting, and order procurement. While Mark affectionately refers to her as his 'personal assistant,' her role is truly foundational to the company's success. Michelle's dedication and expertise ensure the seamless functioning of our operations. Outside the office, she cherishes moments with family and friends, indulging in her passion for cooking.

Jason assumes a pivotal role in our organization, taking charge of homeowner interactions and their selections. His responsibilities extend to providing oversight for our project managers, ensuring seamless coordination, and effective management of project budgets. Jason plays a central role in shaping the overall direction of our company, contributing significantly to its success and growth. With a keen focus on homeowner satisfaction, he brings valuable leadership and strategic insight to the team, fostering excellence in every aspect of our operations.
